Notice:

1. Bug fixed:

 AXIS P1346: Support all of AAC audio codec setting.

 Arecont AV2125: Fix the image would turn to green when using UDP connection

 Shany: Fix 1080P resolution name.

 Zavio D611E: Fix connection issue

2. Known issue:

 CNB: 2M pixel models do not support UDP connection.

 Dahua: All models only support Pan & Tilt feature using RS-485 to control the external

device.

 Etrovision: xx8x/xx5x series do not support talk function, 8150A and related models do not

support VGA resolution.

 USAG: Does not support PTZ feature using RS-485.

 Samsung: 3120x, 3430H, 5xxx and 7xxx series only support TCP connection.
